IT Persuasion s.n.c. shall sell and the customer shall purchase the goods subject to these conditions. No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by the customer and ricambituning.it.

IT Persuasion s.n.c.'s employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods or any Services unless confirmed by ricambituning.it in writing. The customer acknowledges that it does not rely on, and waives any breach of any such representations that are not so confirmed.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which the IT Persuasion s.n.c. web site has links and shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such hyperlinked sites. IT Persuasion s.n.c. may not have control of such web sites. The inclusion of any hyperlinks to such other web sites does not mean that IT Persuasion s.n.c. endorses the material on such web sites or has any association with the owner thereof.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of IT Persuasion s.n.c.'s obligations in relation to the goods or services if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond ricambituning.it's reasonable control or due to the customer's fault.

If any element of the conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, assume no duty to update such information and IT Persuasion s.n.c. cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at anytime. Where possible, prior e-mail notification will be given.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicably possible after being notified of them.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the web site or any failure to complete a transaction.

Ordering & Shipping
IT Persuasion s.n.c. aims to deliver the goods within 15 working days from the date of order (longer delivery times are noted on the product description on the website).

Orders maybe delayed, if products are not available and IT Persuasion s.n.c. will not be responsible for any delays. Customers will be e-mailed regarding any possible delay and given the option of cancelling the order.

Quoted delivery times are specific to products and locations and apply to working days only. IT Persuasion s.n.c. reserves the right to refuse or remove items from sale or alter their specification without prior notice.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. will issue each order with a number. If you are e-mailing IT Persuasion s.n.c. regarding the delay or confirmation of your order, please quote order number, date of order and your full name. This will ensure we can trace your order and respond without delay.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. will send an automatic e-mail to confirm your order details.

The quantity and description of the goods shall be those set out in the invoice.

Where any valid claim is notified to IT Persuasion s.n.c. in accordance with these terms and conditions, shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at IT Persuasion s.n.c.'s sole discretion, refund to the customer the price of the goods deducting bank or credit card commissions (or proportionate part of the price) but IT Persuasion s.n.c. shall have no further liability to the customer.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for duty within the country of delivery. IT Persuasion s.n.c. will not accept any responsibility for unpaid duty on any orders sent. Only payment for goods and delivery charge have been charged on the customers invoice.

Title, risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer as from the date of despatch from the "Italian Tuning" Store.

Fulfilment of orders and payment
IT Persuasion s.n.c. shall fulfil all "Italian Tuning" Store orders.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. will ensure payment is taken in full and this will correspond with the customers invoice and order placed on the website.

This does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

Refunds & Exchanges
IT Persuasion s.n.c supplies drawing, specifications or sizing charts for all products and can't be held responsible for incorrect ordering by customers. IT Persuasion are happy to exchange incorrectly ordered products, but additional shipping charges maybe applied before goods are despatched.

Goods will only be accepted, if returned as purchased, in perfect conditions and in the original packaging within 10 days from delivery.

IT Persuasion s.n.c. aim to supply the highest quality of product and designs. If any product is found to be faulty this should be returned to the address detailed in the fulfilment section. Each return will be evaluated and if faulty a replacement or refund will be offered.
Goods returned for reasons other than fault or damage will be partially refunded in the measure of 85% of purchase value if returned within 10 working days. Refunds will not be issued for goods returned later than 10 days from delivery. Under no circumstance will shipping costs be refunded. Please enclose full order details and product fault to ensure your query can be rectified without delay.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products
IT Persuasion s.n.c. reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the goods which are required to conform with any applicable safety or statutory requirements or which do not materially affect the goods' quality or performance as part of a policy of continuous improvement.

Payment
Our preferred payment method is PayPal.
We accept payment via advance bank transfer or through all the major by credit cards. When choosing credit card payment you will be redirected to our Bank's Secure Website (SSL 128 Bit encryption), who will carry our the transaction on our behalf.
You will be able to print your payment receipt directly from the bank's website.

A copy of your invoice will be despatched with the goods ordered.
Any discrepancies should be e-mailed to info@ricambituning.it immediately and will be rectified if found to be valid.

Security Warning: All credit card transaction are thoroughly checked by our bank's anti-fraud department. Website users attempting to use cloned or stolen credit cards are hereby warned that we will report the matter to their country police, and request that offenders be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
